HR doesn’t have to be boring. But, a lot of the time it really is. That’s why when Shelley Johnson (HR consultant and host of My Millennial Career) came to us with her idea for Boldside, we were immediately keen. Anyone who wants to make professional services bold, fun and edgy is our kind of person. We worked closely with Shelley on her branding to ensure we were nailing the brief. From here, we sat down, looked at all the other HR consulting companies and made a plan of everything we wouldn’t do. Instead our reference was Good Pair Days and Everyday Massive. The result was a truly unique, bold website that reflects her brand values and offering. Safe to say, we will be hitting up Boldside for any leadership and people consulting work in the future.
